1. Shipping Policy
At Tressfinity, we take great care in processing and delivering your orders. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policy:
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.
Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and express shipping. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping can take 1-3 business days. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship within the Philippines. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.
2. Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, here's how you can return or exchange your items:
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Hair care products must not have been tampered with. Any seals or safety packaging should remain intact.
Returns of sale or clearance items are not accepted.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at lee@tressfinity.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your product back to us.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please specify this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at lee@tressfinity.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
We ask that you provide photos of the damaged product as proof to expedite the process.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
Gift cards, personalized products, and special orders are non-returnable.
3. Legal Compliance
Tressfinity adheres to all consumer protection laws and regulations as outlined by the Republic Act No. 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines) and other applicable local laws regarding the sale and return of beauty and personal care products. As required by law, our returns policy is designed to ensure that our customers' rights are fully respected.
Consumer's Right to Return: Under Philippine law, consumers are entitled to return goods that are defective, not as described, or of unsatisfactory quality. The Consumer Act mandates that such goods be replaced or refunded.
Defective Goods: In the case of defective hair care products, consumers are entitled to a refund or exchange. This includes issues with manufacturing defects, but does not cover issues arising from misuse, mishandling, or damage caused after the product has been delivered.
